I have since told my work I am leaving and 99% sure we are moving to CA in June.
Many clients are very supportive and understanding, most of our family is there, we want to raise a family there, and we need the beach (I told Joe last night that I felt like a fish out out water and he needs to take me back)
The best part is when they ask me if Joe and I have found jobs yet or secured housing (that doesn't included parents). I just smile back and say nope, we are taking a leap of faith and going with it.
I think East coast people think we are crazy!!!
maybe most people think we are crazy, but that is what makes us the Richardson's...we are just crazy.
Joe is once again gone playing baseball in another state and I'm left to try to feed myself and go to work :(

I don't think you're crazy. Who wouldn't choose California over Washington DC?
ReplyDeleteKevin and I did the same thing after graduating! Of course we didn't have to move across the country, but we left Utah, lived with his parents and had to find jobs. It always works out in the end. I'm excited for you guys to move back!
