On the North Shore we went to Hukela Cafe..they use the same name and theme in the movie 5 first dates. Not the same location. It's next to BYU-H campus and popular with the students. We had some great pancakes, you can never go wrong with!
I forgot how windy it got up on the North Shore....I had a hard time keeping this dress down. This was right after church on the end of the point. The wind going up my dress hides my belly bump though.
Joe did a lot of surfing on the North Shore with his friends Shane and Matt.
Then we flew over to Maui on a small plane that took maybe 30 mins! We weren't planning on coming here so we used priceline for a hotel and rental car and got very lucky at the Hyatt Resort.
This is the basketball hoop that Joe taught me how to throw a real shot. I was getting very good at it and made it up to 15 shots without missing! The water was a bit cold this day but it felt so nice to feel weightless during a pregnancy!!

We had a great gym that we had to use because it was so nice. So here I am showing off that bump getting ready to hit the gym! I love working out 10 mores when I'm pregnant then when I'm not because my body is going through all these changes and stretching out my body and making me move feels so much better!!!
We were sad we couldn't make the road to Hana with the beautiful waterfalls, so we drove the north part of the Island and saw some amazing views!!!!
Then the road got scary, it turned into one lane most of the time and you never knew if someone else was coming around the corner. Thank goodness I love when Joe drives!!! He is the safest driver I know of!!! Probably because at age 16-21 his car didn't go over 50 mph!
We loved our trip and so thankful we were able to go. Now that we are home, Joe had a start date for his job in Salt Lake City and we are taking off in 3 weeks!!!! We can not wait! Our stuff has been in boxes for almost a year and we are ready to get settle and have a place of our own anddddd have a baby!!! 3 more months left!!!!!! :)
